Major Phelps Terheune, California Wing Communications Staff, Yosemite 23, passed away Saturday night 17 May 2008 in Ridgecrest hospital from a major heart attack.
His son, Jackson Terheune advises that services for Phelps will be this Saturday 24 May at 1000 hours in Ridgecrest California at Saint Michael’s Church, 200 Drummond Ave.
